How can I remove a participant from a tab?

If you are the tab creator and wish remove a tab participant, you can click on the "x" button next to their name badge on the participants panel of the tab view.

The removed participant will now be shown as "Removed participant" on the expenses. If you later allow the same participant to rejoin the tab, their name would show up next to the expenses again.
